By accessing or using WorthCodes (the "site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the Site Does

WorthCodes is a free-to-use directory that tracks and verifies promo codes for software tools, ecommerce platforms, and other products. We collect codes from merchant feeds, official announcements, and shopper or merchant submissions, and we check them against real checkouts before publishing. Our verification labels describe the evidence behind each code — they do not guarantee that a code will work for you at any given moment.

No Guarantee of Code Availability

Coupon codes change constantly. A code that was verified today may expire or stop working tomorrow, and availability can depend on your account, plan, region, or other factors. We work hard to keep the evidence current, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any code will work, that any discount will apply, or that any product or merchant will honor an offer. Always check the code at checkout before committing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious coupon codes, affiliate links disguised as codes, or "spy"/toolbar extensions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site's systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site.
• Scrape, republish, or redistribute the site's content or verified data at scale without our permission.
• Use the site to send spam or otherwise harm other users.

Submitted Content

If you submit a coupon code, a store, or a correction, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We may test, publish, remove, or update submitted content at our discretion. Codes that fail our testing are not published.

Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, design, and functionality are owned by WorthCodes and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Merchant names, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the stores and products we cover.

Merchant and Affiliate Links

Some outbound links on the site are affiliate links, as described in the Affiliate Disclosure below. These links do not change the price you pay and do not change how we rate a code.

Affiliate Disclosure

WorthCodes is reader-supported. When you buy through some links on this site, we may earn a commission from the merchant. This never changes the price you pay.

• Some outbound links on store pages are affiliate links. They are marked with rel="sponsored" in the page source.
• Commissions come from the merchant's affiliate program — not from you, and not added to your bill.
• Our verification labels (Verified / Community confirmed / Unverified) describe only whether a code works. They are never for sale. A code we cannot confirm does not get a green label, regardless of what it might earn.
• When no working code exists for a store, we say so on the page. An honest empty state is worth more to us than a wall of dead codes.

Affiliate disclosure is required by the FTC in the United States, and it is also simply the right thing to do: you deserve to know that a page might earn money from your purchase before you trust what it says.

Third-Party Sites

The site links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, offers, or policies. When you leave WorthCodes, their terms and privacy policies apply.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the site if you violate these Terms, including by abusing submitted content or attempting to manipulate the evidence labels.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthCodes and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from relying on any code, coupon, or offer listed here.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
